Mr. David Goodwin | Headmaster | BS, Interdisciplinary Studies, Boise State University; Masters of Business Administration, Boise State University.
I have been involved with the Academy since its first year of operation in 1995, and accepted the post as Headmaster in 2004. As you read our web site and other materials, I hope you will come to a greater appreciation of classical Christian education and the positive potential it holds for our children, our community, and our world.

Mr. William Stutzman | K-6 Principal & Academic Dean | M.A., English Literature, University of Wisconsin-Madison; B.A., English Literature, University of Idaho; minors in French and Music. I began teaching at The Ambrose School in the fall of 2002.
I discovered classical Christian education in college, where several of my friends were alumni of Logos School in Moscow, ID. Their diverse capabilities and love of learning impressed me a great deal. I have come to believe that only in schools like Ambrose can we truly pursue education. Here we have both the freedom required to nourish the minds and souls of our students in Christ, and we uphold the tradition of scholarship on which to build an understanding of God and man. |

Mr. Jeffrey Miller | 7-12 Principal and Development Director | BA, Liberal Studies, California State University, Chico; MA, Advanced Japanese Studies, The University of Sheffield. I joined The Ambrose School in 2008 and have been teaching since 1990.
I believe that an education in which Christ-centered values are intentionally taught and trained truly gives knowledge, understanding, and wisdom; without this we are left to our own devices to explain the world around us. Classical Christian education is the only true education that prepares the whole man and woman to know and enjoy God forever.
Although new to the Boise area, my wife, Michiko, as well as Jonathan, Jeremiah, and Micah, all thoroughly love this community. All three boys attend The Ambrose School and are excited about all that happens here on campus and in the valley—soccer, football, basketball, cycling, swimming, the outdoors, and the friendly people. |
