Chairman
Market Strategist for Micron Technology. BBA from Boise State University. Mr. Black has 4 children at the school and joined the board in 2006. Mr. Black and his family attend The Vineyard Church.
Darel Tracy,
Vice-Chairman
Manager with Power Engineers. BS and an MS in civil engineering from the University of Idaho. Mr. Tracy was a founding director of the school. He has four children, all of whom attend or have graduated from The Ambrose School. Mr. Tracy and his family attend Grace Bible Church.
Farrell Good,
Secretary
Development Engineering Manager at Micron Technology. BS in Physics from Boise State University. Mr. Good has 4 children at the school and joined the board in 2006. Mr. Good and his family attend Grace Bible Church of Boise.
Shelton WoodsAssociate Dean at Boise State University. BA from Los Angeles Baptist College, MA from California State University at Northridge, and a PhD from UCLA. Dr. Woods has been on the board for over 9 years and has one son who graduated from the school in 2006. Dr. Woods and his family attend All Saints Presbyterian Church.
John WilfordDesign Manager for Micron Technology. BSEE from California State University, Chico. He has 3 children at the school and 1 graduate and has served on the board since 2002. Mr. Wilford and his family attend All Saints Presbyterian Church.
David GoodwinHeadmaster of The Ambrose School. Previously worked for Hewlett Packard in marketing. BIS and MBA from Boise State University. 2 of his 3 children attend the school and he has served on the board since 1995. Mr. Goodwin and his family attend All Saints Presbyterian Church.
Tim PaulsPastor of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Boise. BA in Pre-Theology from Concordia University (Portland), M.Div. from Concordia Seminary (St. Louis). Rev. Pauls has two children at the school and joined the board in 2010.
Scott Yenor,

Associate Professor of political philosophy at Boise State University. BA, University of Wisconsin, MA and PhD from Loyola University. He has 4 children at the school and has served on the board for over 4 years. Dr. Yenor and his family attend Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
